• Use of Materials on this Website
  SimpleRegistry maintains this website for your personal entertainment, information, education, and communication. You should assume that everything you see or read on the website (such as images, photographs, illustrations, texts and other materials) ("Content") is the property of SimpleRegistry and its licensors and partners. Without SimpleRegistry's prior written permission, you may not sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, prepare derivative works based on, repost or otherwise use any of our Content in any way for any purpose, including using our Content on any other website or in a networked computer environment. However, you may electronically copy or print pages from this website for personal, non-commercial use, provided that you include a copyright notice on each page.


• Service & Transaction Fees
  There is a fee on transactions and the total amount contributed to a SimpleRegistry account. At the accountholder's ("Member") discretion, fees can be paid by either the Member or the gift/contribution giver. There are no sign-up or upgrade fees. For more information on fees please see "Common Questions".


• Member Balance Redemption
  Redemptions in the form of a bank check, bank ACH, and international wire transfers will only be issued in the name and address of the primary Member (Name #1). For PayPal redemption requests, only the email address that was first registered with SimpleRegistry can be used. Each individual gift/contribution to the Member is available for redemption after a 72-hour waiting period. For more information on gift/contribution redemption policies please see "Common Questions".


• Gift/Contribution Refunds
  Upon the completion of a gift/contribution given to a SimpleRegistry Member, there is no refund immediately possible. SimpleRegistry has sole discretion to determine the validity and response of a return/cancellation request. SimpleRegistry encourages gift/contribution givers to submit a support ticket on our contact page (https://simpleregistry.com/base/contact/) or call 888-817-2322 if there has been an error regarding the amount of the gift/contribution or the SimpleRegistry Member for whom it was intended for.


• Disputed Gift/Contribution(s)
  If a gift/contribution giver disputes a valid charge from SimpleRegistry and the Member in question still has the disputed gift/contribution(s) as part of their current balance, the value of the gift/contribution along with a $30.00 chargeback fee will be deducted from said Member balance. If the Member has no current balance, the disputed amount plus chargeback fee will be held back from any future gift/contributions they may receive. SimpleRegistry LLC will contact the gift/contribution giver in an effort to rectify any situation involving a disputed gift/contribution(s).


• Closing Your Account
  At any time, you may disable your account and receive the remainder of your balance (minus any fees). Members have the ability to disable their account from the account management section of the website. Disabling a registry removes the registry page and eliminates the registry both the search and directory.


• Unclaimed Balances
  A Member account with a balance that is not redeemed two years after the wedding date will be closed and may be assessed maintenance charges. SimpleRegistry LLC will attempt to contact the Member approximately 90 days before the two year period elapses.


• Charitable and Non-profit Organizations
  SimpleRegistry provides the Member the opportunity to support charitable and/or other non-profit organizations through the use of SimpleRegistry. SimpleRegistry is not responsible for the transactions a Member may conduct with charitable/non-profit organizations as a result of the use of SimpleRegistry LLC services. SimpleRegistry LLC is not responsible for monitoring, confirming, or reviewing the conduct, status, representations, or other actions or omissions of the charitable/non-profit organizations.


• Taxation Consequences
  The Member acknowledges that SimpleRegistry makes no claims or promises regarding any and all tax obligations or consequences that may result from your activities as a Member of SimpleRegistry and the Member's use of the services provided by SimpleRegistry. Furthermore, the Member agrees that SimpleRegistry has no obligation to maintain records or provide you with documentation of your transactions with charitable/non-profit organizations for tax reporting purposes.


• Your Submissions
  SimpleRegistry likes to hear from you. Any creative or original materials or any other creative suggestions, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, marketing plans or other information that you submit to us by electronic mail or otherwise, will be treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
  
  By submitting and/or posting Content to the website, you automatically grant to SimpleRegistry a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, create derivative work of and display such Content alone, or as a part of other works in any form, media, or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed. Any Content you transmit or post may be used by SimpleRegistry or licensed to others by SimpleRegistry for any purpose, including but not limited to reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting.

• User Content Posted on the Site
  You are solely responsible for the photos, names, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on or through SimpleRegistry (collectively the "User Content"). You may not post, transmit, or share User Content on the SimpleRegistry that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. You understand and agree that the Company may, but is not obligated to, review the Site and may delete or remove (without notice) any Site Content or User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including User Content that in the sole judgment of the SimpleRegistry violates this Agreement, or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others. You are solely responsible at your sole cost and expense for creating backup copies and replacing any User Content you post or store on the Site or provide to the Company.
  
  When you post User Content to the Site, you authorize and direct us to make such copies thereof as we deem necessary in order to facilitate the posting and storage of the User Content on SimpleRegistry. • Repeat Infringer Policy
  In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, SimpleRegistry has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at SimpleRegistry's sole discretion, members who are deemed to be repeat infringers. SimpleRegistry may also at its sole discretion limit access to the SimpleRegistry site and/or terminate the memberships of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

  You may receive a password in connection with your use of this website. You will be responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account, and will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your password and account.
