Because you're awesome, you used SimpleRegistry to create a wedding registry with sweet items and experiences. We'd love to hear all about it and give you a new iPad Mini!
Help us continue to build a great Member Stories section. Take a look at the winning stories from 2011, 2012, and 2013 to understand the style of writing the judges have preferred in the past. Your entry should include the information below but the more creative and well written your story - the better chance you have to win! We'd really love for you to be part of growing this area of our site. So much so that we're giving away a new iPad Mini to the best member story we receive. What do we mean by "best?" Here's what we're after:
- *Why did you choose SimpleRegistry over other wedding registries?
- *What were some of your favorite items or experiences on your registry (at least 3 please)?
- *Were there any items or experiences you simply could not have registered using another service? What were they?
- *Pictures are worth thousands of words - we need to see you and even possibly some items you registered for and you doing some experience related items you received. Two images minimum, four images maximum.
- *Any detailed stories regarding your search for a registry service and the items or experiences you registered would help your chances of winning. The stories that do the best job of convincing other potential SimpleRegistry members to join are what we really want!
To enter, email your story to registrycontest@simpleregistry.com. All entries must be received by Sunday, March 15th, 2015 11:59PM PST. Be sure to include your full name and the email address on your SimpleRegistry account. It would also really help us if you attached the story to your email as a file using your last name as the filename (i.e., Smith.doc or Smith.txt). Please also attach your photos separately to the email using your last name as the filename and the # (i.e., Smith1.jpg, Smith2.jpg, etc.).
The winner will be announced on the SimpleRegistry Facebook page on May 1, 2015. We look forward to reading your story and seeing your photos!
